⚖️ Escalate

Make them act

A logged complaint that's been ignored isn't the end — it's the start. Here's the exact chain to climb, the SLA to quote, and a ready-to-file RTI that forces an action-taken report.

Escalation ladder · BBMP / Greater Bengaluru Authority

    BBMP Sahaaya 2.0 / 1533

Log the complaint (app/web/call). Save the complaint ID & photo.

    Ward Engineer / Health Inspector

If unresolved past SLA, escalate to the ward official with the complaint ID.

    SLA: A few days

  3. 3
    Zonal Joint/Deputy Commissioner

Escalate in writing (email) citing the complaint ID and SLA breach.

    SLA: 1–2 weeks

  4. 4
    Chief Commissioner, GBA

Final administrative escalation; mark a copy to your corporator/MLA.

    SLA:

  5. 5
    RTI + Lokayukta

File an RTI for the action-taken report; approach Lokayukta for negligence.
