Official BDA e-auction portal ↗BDA periodically e-auctions residential, commercial, corner and intermediate sites in its layouts. Auctions are time-bound and change often — always confirm live auctions on the official portal.
How it works
- 1.Register on the BDA e-auction / e-procurement platform with PAN, Aadhaar and contact details.
- 2.Complete KYC and upload identity & address proof.
- 3.Pay the EMD (earnest money deposit) and the participation fee for each site you want.
- 4.Browse the site list (layout, dimensions, reserve price) and shortlist.
- 5.Bid in the live online auction within the scheduled window.
- 6.If you win, pay as per the schedule; BDA issues the sale confirmation & allotment.
