Get your e-Khata (BBMP e-Aasthi)
e-Khata is the digital, single-source property record on BBMP's e-Aasthi portal. A final e-Khata is now essential for property registration, sale and loans. Verify your draft e-Khata, submit for final, and download — often within 2–3 days, free from your own login.
Steps
- 1
Open the e-Aasthi portal
Go to bbmpeaasthi.karnataka.gov.in and log in with your mobile number (first-time users verify via OTP).
- 2
Find your property's draft e-Khata
Under 'Get e-Khata', select your zone and ward, then search by owner name or Property ID (PID). Your DRAFT e-Khata appears.
- 3
Verify the draft carefully
Check owner name, dimensions, address and tax details. The draft is for cross-checking before you finalise — note the EPID number generated.
- 4
Submit for Final e-Khata
Under 'Submit information for Final eKhata', click through, complete owner e-KYC (Aadhaar), and upload the sale deed, tax receipt, photo and EC.
- 5
Pay & submit
Pay any applicable charge and submit. You'll get an acknowledgement to track status.
- 6
Download Final e-Khata
Once approved (often 2–3 days), download the digitally-signed final e-Khata certificate & extract from your login.
