Steps

    Apply on e-Aasthi

    Submit the Khata transfer application on BBMP's e-Aasthi portal or at the ARO office.

    Attach documents

    Upload the sale deed, EC, tax receipts and previous Khata.

  3. 3

    Pay fee

    Pay the transfer fee online after document scrutiny.

  4. 4

    Verification

    The Revenue Officer verifies records and ownership chain.

  5. 5

    Get Khata certificate & extract

    Download the updated Khata certificate and extract once approved.
