Steps

Open Kaveri Online
Go to kaveri.karnataka.gov.in (Kaveri 2.0), register/login, and choose Marriage Registration.

Fill details & upload
Enter both parties' and the witnesses' details and upload the documents.

Pay & book appointment
Pay the fee and pick a Sub-Registrar Office slot.

Visit for verification
Both spouses and two witnesses appear in person for signature/biometric verification.

The digitally-signed marriage certificate is generated and downloadable from Kaveri.
