Steps

    Apply online

    Use the BBMP / Bangalore Pets & Animal Licensing (BPAL) portal, or apply at a BBMP office.

    Upload documents

    Attach ownership proof and the rabies vaccination certificate.

    Pay the fee

    Pay the nominal annual fee; indigenous and rescued dogs are exempt.

    Get the licence

    Issued for one year — renew annually after each vaccination.
